Why Trans Dispatch
What you get with the quote
A dispatch desk, not a call center. The person who quotes the trip is the person who places the vehicle and watches it through the day.
-
One dispatcher, every vehicle class
Sedan to full-size coach on one quote and one contact. Mixed fleets for one event are normal here.
-
Flight tracking on airport rides
The chauffeur works to the actual arrival, not the scheduled one. Early or late, the car is timed to you.
-
What is included is in writing
Every quote states the vehicle, the hours and what the price covers before you say yes.
-
Straight answers
Ask about wait time, car seats, luggage or a 4 a.m. pickup and you get the policy, not a pitch.
-
Chauffeurs, not just drivers
Briefed on your venue, patient at the airport curb, and dressed for the corporate run.
-
Dispatched from New York City
Serving New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts. Partner operators cover the rest of the country.

The fleet
Sized to the group, not the other way around
Capacity and luggage room are listed on every class so you can match the vehicle to the headcount before you ask for a price.
From a business sedan for one executive to a 56-seat motorcoach for the whole company, every class is dispatched from the same desk and quoted per trip, with the chauffeur or driver included.
Travelers and small teams usually book black car service or a Sprinter van with a driver. Nights out suit party bus rental or limousine service, and a whole office travels by charter bus.
Booking
Three steps, no account, no card on the site
-
Tell us the trip
Pickup, drop-off, date, time and headcount. Under a minute on the form — or a phone call if you would rather talk it through.
-
Get a firm price
A dispatcher checks availability and replies with the vehicle class and the quote. Nothing is charged on this website.
-
Ride
Confirm, and the chauffeur’s details reach you before pickup. Airport rides are matched to the flight, not the clock.
Ground transportation in New York, run by dispatchers
Trans Dispatch is a New York City luxury transportation company, established in 2024 and built around a dispatch desk rather than a sales floor. The people who answer your request are the people who place the vehicle and brief the chauffeur.
That matters at 5 a.m. when a plane lands early, and at 11 p.m. when a wedding runs long and the shuttle loop has to stretch. It is also why corporate transportation accounts and wedding transportation timelines stay with one dispatcher from the first message.
Pricing is quote-based: no cart, no checkout. A written quote states the vehicle class, the hours, what is included and the price for your specific date and route. The quote form is where that starts; how our dispatch desk works explains the rest, and all our services are listed on one page.

Where we go
Luxury transportation: NYC, the Northeast and beyond
Regular service across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Massachusetts, and anywhere in the country through vetted partner operators.
- 9Vehicle classes
- 1–56Passengers per vehicle
- 5States with our own dispatch
- 24/7Dispatch desk
Airport runs are flight-tracked, from JFK, LaGuardia and Newark to airports across the country. Every airport car service booking carries your flight number, so the pickup moves with the actual landing, late or early.
Our guide to car service across New York City explains where a coach can load in Midtown, which airport suits each borough and the venue notes dispatch keeps for bus staging.
Beyond these five states, the vehicle comes from a vetted partner and the booking never leaves our desk.
FAQ
Questions before you book

How does the quote work?
Send the trip details through the form, by email or by phone. A dispatcher checks the date, chooses the vehicle class and writes back with an itemized price. Reply to accept it and the trip is booked.
What areas do you cover?
Our own dispatch runs across New York City, Long Island and Westchester, plus New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Anywhere else in the country, a vetted partner operator supplies the vehicle while our desk remains your one contact.
Do you handle airport pickups at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark?
Yes, all three, plus Teterboro, Westchester County and Islip on request. Every airport ride is flight-tracked, so the chauffeur works to the real arrival time.
Can I change the trip after I confirm?
Yes. Reply to the dispatcher who quoted the trip with your booking reference and the new times or addresses. Dispatch confirms the updated trip in writing.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Hourly bookings carry a minimum that depends on the vehicle class. The minimum is stated on the quote before you confirm, so there are no surprises on the day.
Do I need an account or a card to book?
No. There is no account to create and no payment on this website. Send the trip, read the written quote and accept it by reply; the chauffeur’s details follow before pickup.
