Why a dispatch desk
A booked trip in New York goes wrong in the gaps between people: the agent who quoted the trip is not the one placing the car, the app that matched the driver has no one to call, the bus company that took the booking subcontracted it to someone who has never seen the venue.
Trans Dispatch Inc was set up as a chauffeured transportation company that closes those gaps by keeping every booking on one desk. The dispatcher who quotes your trip confirms it, briefs the chauffeur or driver, watches the flight or the venue on the day, and answers when the plan changes.
Everything else on this site follows from that.
-
One dispatcher, every vehicle class
Sedan to full-size coach on one quote and one contact. Mixed fleets for one event are normal here.
-
Flight tracking on airport rides
The chauffeur works to the actual arrival, not the scheduled one. Early or late, the car is timed to you.
-
What is included is in writing
Every quote states the vehicle, the hours and what the price covers before you say yes.
-
Straight answers
Ask about wait time, car seats, luggage or a 4 a.m. pickup and you get the policy, not a pitch.
-
Chauffeurs, not just drivers
Briefed on your venue, patient at the airport curb, and dressed for the corporate run.

Dispatched from New York City
Serving New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts. Partner operators cover the rest of the country.
Chauffeured transportation, from sedans to coaches
Every service line, one way to book. Black car service with sedans and SUVs for airport runs, hourly days and point-to-point transfers. Airport car service to JFK, LaGuardia and Newark, flight-tracked, curbside or meet-and-greet.
Group vehicles: Sprinter vans with a driver, minibus and shuttle rental and charter buses for teams, schools, churches, weddings and tours.
Occasion vehicles: party bus rental and limousine service for the nights and days that have a door and a start time. The vehicle classes in our fleet are listed with their capacity, and how the service lines fit together is explained on one page.

Whose vehicle turns up, and the standard it meets
Some trips run on vehicles supplied by vetted partner operators, and dispatch gives a straight answer when you ask whose vehicle is turning up. You should know that before you book, not discover it at the curb.
Every trip is run by a licensed, insured operator. Every vehicle and chauffeur is held to one standard set by our desk, whoever supplies them, and the customer never deals with anyone but our dispatcher. Operators who want to work with us can read how to become an affiliate operator.

How we quote
No cart, no checkout, no online payment. Every trip is quoted in writing with the vehicle class and the hours or route, and tolls, parking, gratuity and wait time are listed one by one when a trip involves them.
Send the trip through the quote form, and the written quote fixes the price for your date. Accept it by reply, and the chauffeur’s name follows in a confirmation before the trip.
How the desk works day to day
A booking comes in by phone, by email or through the form. A dispatcher reads it in full, checks availability for the class and the date, and sends a written quote with every line on it.
When you confirm, the same dispatcher assigns the vehicle and the chauffeur or driver, sends the confirmation, and briefs the driver on the sheet: addresses, times, the flight or the venue, the passenger count, the bags, the on-site contact.
On the day, the desk watches the flight board and the traffic and moves pickups when they need moving. Afterwards, receipts go out and the trip is filed. It is not complicated; it is just done by one person rather than four.
-
Tell us the trip
Pickup, drop-off, date, time and headcount. Under a minute on the form — or a phone call if you would rather talk it through.
-
Get a firm price
A dispatcher checks availability and replies with the vehicle class and the quote. Nothing is charged on this website.
-
Ride
Confirm, and the chauffeur’s details reach you before pickup. Airport rides are matched to the flight, not the clock.
Where we work, and how partners extend the map
The desk dispatches from New York City. Our own service runs across the five boroughs, Long Island and Westchester, and into New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Massachusetts; the quote shows any positioning time.
Further afield, a vetted partner operator provides the vehicle while the booking stays with our desk. Our service area page has the detail, and you can contact the dispatch desk by phone, email or form.

The name
Trans Dispatch is what the company does. The seal on the logo is a stretch limousine because that is the vehicle people picture when they think of a chauffeur; the desk behind it runs everything from a sedan to a 56-seat coach.
Questions about Trans Dispatch Inc
When was Trans Dispatch Inc founded?
In 2024, in New York City. It is a young company, organized from the start around dispatchers instead of salespeople.
