How the service lines fit together
The lines overlap on purpose. A wedding is a wedding transportation job, but the vehicles are usually a Sprinter van or a minibus shuttle on a loop plus a limousine for the couple.
A corporate offsite is a corporate transportation account, delivered with a charter bus out to the venue and a few black cars back for the executives who leave early. A prom is an event transportation booking that uses a party bus.
What stays constant is the desk. One dispatcher owns the booking from quote to drop-off, whatever mix of vehicles it needs. If you are not sure which page you are on, the quote form works from any of them and the reply will name the right class.

Which vehicle fits your headcount
- 1 to 3 passengers: a business sedan, or a premium SUV when there is luggage for a long trip.
- 4 to 6: a premium SUV, or two sedans when the party is splitting up at the other end.
- 7 to 14: an executive Sprinter with a chauffeur, the workhorse for airport groups and small teams.
- 15 to 35: a minibus for 24 to 35, or two Sprinters on one timeline for a group of 15 to 28.
- 36 to 56: a motorcoach with under-floor luggage bays, the class that usually carries a restroom.
- Over 56: several vehicles on one timeline, staged so nobody waits at the curb.
Capacities above are the class-typical figures for each vehicle class in the fleet; the exact vehicle is confirmed on your quote.
Group transportation by occasion
- Business travel: airport transfers, hourly black cars, roadshows and employee shuttles on one account.
- Weddings: guest shuttles, the couple’s car, family transfers and a send-off vehicle, on one timeline.
- Celebrations: birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, prom, anniversaries, nights out.
- Group days out: wineries, casinos, games, concerts, theme parks, the beach.
- Institutions: schools, sports teams, churches, non-profits and tour operators moving groups on a schedule.
- Airports and cruise terminals: any group size, with flights tracked and a vehicle that fits the bags.

How every service is priced
Our ground transportation services are quoted, not priced from a menu, because the same coach costs a different amount on a Tuesday in February and on the Saturday before Memorial Day.
Send the details through the quote form and the written reply states the price for your date, route and vehicle. Tolls, gratuity and wait time are itemized in writing where they apply.
Whether you are at a hotel in Manhattan or an office in Jersey City, the same desk dispatches the vehicle. It covers the five boroughs, Long Island and Westchester, plus New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Massachusetts, with partner operators beyond.
What to send with a group request
The quote form asks for the essentials: service, trip type, pickup, drop-off, date, time, passengers and bags. For group transportation services the useful extras are the occasion, the number of stops, whether anyone needs a wheelchair lift, and the on-site contact for the day. Put them in the notes.
Dispatch reads every request in full, and a request with those details comes back as a firm quote rather than a list of questions. Corporate coordinators can reference an account; wedding planners can paste the run-of-show into the notes; schools can list the chaperones. None of it is required, all of it helps.
-
Tell us the trip
Pickup, drop-off, date, time and headcount. Under a minute on the form — or a phone call if you would rather talk it through.
-
Get a firm price
A dispatcher checks availability and replies with the vehicle class and the quote. Nothing is charged on this website.
-
Ride
Confirm, and the chauffeur’s details reach you before pickup. Airport rides are matched to the flight, not the clock.
Airports
Airport transfers sit inside every service line
Whether the booking is a single sedan or a coach collecting a tour group, airport pickups are flight-tracked.

Questions about group transportation services
Which service should I pick if I am not sure?
Send the quote form with the headcount and the occasion and leave the vehicle to dispatch. The reply names the class and explains why.
Do you provide the driver or chauffeur?
Always. Every vehicle comes with a chauffeur or driver; nothing on this site is self-drive.
Can you handle a large group across several vehicles?
Yes. Large group transportation is usually a mix: a coach for the majority, a Sprinter for the crew, a sedan for the people who leave early. One quote covers all of it.
Why book a group vehicle instead of several rideshares?
The group arrives together, in one booked vehicle with a named driver, at a price fixed in writing. Several rideshares mean several drivers, several prices and nobody to call when one of them goes to the wrong entrance.
