Corporate transportation in New York City

Corporate transportation services in New York, New Jersey and nationwide

Trans Dispatch moves executives, clients and staff across the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island and Westchester, and into New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Massachusetts, with partner operators covering the rest of the country. Companies book us for airport transfers, client meetings, roadshows, trade shows, team-building days and employee shuttles.

Vehicles range from a business sedan for up to 3 to a motorcoach for up to 56, with a premium SUV for up to 6, an executive Sprinter for up to 14 and a minibus for 24 to 35 in between. Depending on the class, expect leather seating, chargers, luggage space or a restroom.

The five vehicle classes below cover most company travel. Need a vehicle that is not listed? Ask anyway: dispatch sources from a wider pool and puts together the mix of cars and buses that fits your people and your schedule.

From executive car service to corporate shuttles

Five classes take you from a single executive to the whole company, and mixing them on one timeline is normal for an offsite. For everyday corporate car service in NYC, the sedan and the SUV do most of the work. Capacities are typical for each class; your quote names the exact vehicle.

Business sedan for executive transfers, up to 3

For the solo traveler: a managing director heading from a Midtown office to JFK, LaGuardia or Newark, or downtown to a client lunch. Expect leather seating, bottled water, chargers and tinted rear windows. More on our black car service page.

Premium SUV for visiting clients, up to 6

A strong fit for corporate visitors: three rows of seating and space for their bags on the run between a Park Avenue hotel and a day of meetings at Hudson Yards. Leather seating and tinted rear windows come with it, and the booking works exactly like the sedan’s.

Executive Sprinter for teams, up to 14

Made for corporate teams and airport groups of 7 to 14, such as a sales team visiting a client in Jersey City. Forward-facing leather seats, reading lights, outlets and a rear luggage area. See Sprinter van rental.

Employee shuttle service: minibus for 24 to 35

The vehicle for employee loops and hotel shuttles: a timetable between a train station and an office campus, or hotel runs for a trade show at the Javits Center. Seats face forward with storage underneath; dispatch checks whether a PA microphone or wheelchair lift is available. More on minibus and shuttle bus rental.

Motorcoach for company offsites, up to 56

When the whole company travels: an offsite in the Poconos or an out-of-state run to Boston. Reclining seats, a restroom, under-floor luggage bays, power outlets and a PA system, with Wi-Fi and screens varying by coach. See charter bus rental, and event transportation for conventions and galas.

Setting up a corporate account

Companies that book often can open an account with dispatch. To set one up, send the details below through the quote form or by email; later trips are then booked against the account:

  • Company name and billing contact. Where confirmations and statements go.
  • Who books. The assistants and coordinators allowed to send trips.
  • Your reference. A project code or cost center to quote on each booking.
  • Account terms. Agreed with dispatch and confirmed in writing.

Each trip is still quoted before it runs, so a coordinator sees the vehicle and the price for every traveler.

How it works

Arrange company travel in three steps

  1. Tell us the trip

Pickup, drop-off, date, time and headcount. Under a minute on the form — or a phone call if you would rather talk it through.

  2. Get a firm price

A dispatcher checks availability and replies with the vehicle class and the quote. Nothing is charged on this website.

  3. Ride

Confirm, and the chauffeur’s details reach you before pickup. Airport rides are matched to the flight, not the clock.

Corporate transportation questions

How do companies book corporate transportation?

A travel coordinator or assistant sends each trip to dispatch with the traveler’s name, mobile number and your company reference. Every trip is quoted and confirmed in writing before it runs.

Can you run a recurring employee shuttle?

Yes. A shuttle service for employees is set up as a timetable: pickup points, frequency, days and hours. Minibuses or Sprinters are assigned to the route, and the dispatcher monitors it on the day.

Do you handle roadshows and multi-stop days?

Yes. An hourly, as-directed booking with one chauffeur for the day is the usual answer, with the itinerary sent to dispatch the evening before. Changes during the day go through the dispatcher, not an app.

What vehicles are available for a corporate event?

Everything on the fleet page: sedans and SUVs for principals, Sprinters for teams, minibuses for shuttles and motorcoaches for the whole company. Mixed fleets on one timeline are normal for offsites.

Will travelers get a confirmation and a receipt?

Every trip gets a written confirmation naming the vehicle. How receipts and statements reach your finance team is agreed with dispatch when the company account is set up.

Do you cover airport transfers for visiting staff?

Yes: flight-tracked pickups at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark, meet-and-greet on request, the hotel address on the booking and the traveler’s mobile number for the chauffeur.
