Business sedan for up to 3 passengers and 3 bags
This is the car for one or two travelers on an airport run or an executive transfer across town. Leather seating, phone chargers, bottled water and climate control are typical in this class, booked point to point or by the hour.
Premium SUV for up to 6 passengers and 6 bags
Three rows of seats make it the pick for families with luggage, corporate visitors and airport groups of four to six. Leather seats, phone chargers and tinted rear windows are typical, and car seats can be requested when you book.
Executive Sprinter for up to 14 passengers and 14 bags
This Mercedes Sprinter carries the bags behind the last row, which suits corporate teams, airport groups of 7 to 14 and brewery or winery tours. Forward-facing leather seats, reading lights and charging points keep a longer ride comfortable.
Sprinter limo for 10 to 14 passengers
Luggage room is limited, because this Mercedes Sprinter limo is laid out for bachelorette parties, birthdays, wedding parties and nights out. Leather seats run around the edge of a cabin with room to stand, with a bar area, LED lighting and Bluetooth sound.
Stretch limousine for 8 to 10 passengers
Luggage space is limited in the classic stretch, which couples book for weddings and families choose for prom, anniversaries and airport arrivals with a name board. Its rear lounge pairs leather seats and mood lighting with a bar and a privacy divider.
SUV stretch limousine for 14 to 20 passengers
Stretched Cadillac Escalade and Hummer limos give a bigger group SUV presence and one shared cabin, with limited room for bags. Party bus for 10 to 40 passengers
The party bus is built for people rather than suitcases, so luggage is limited. Groups book it for milestone birthdays, bachelorette nights, prom and casino trips. Expect seating around the cabin, LED lighting, Bluetooth sound and a bar area, and the larger buses usually add a restroom.
Minibus for 24 to 35 passengers
Bags go under the seats and on a rear rack, with overhead storage on larger models. It runs wedding and hotel shuttles, staff loops and group day trips. Climate control is typical for the class, and a PA microphone or wheelchair lift can be requested.
Motorcoach for up to 56 passengers
Under-floor bays carry the luggage on day trips, multi-day tours, corporate offsites, church and school outings and out-of-state runs. Reclining seats, a restroom, power outlets and climate control make a long drive easier; Wi-Fi varies by coach.
How a vehicle is assigned
Your quote names the class, and your booking confirmation names the vehicle. In between, dispatch checks your date, route, luggage and any special request against what is free, then holds a vehicle for your trip.
Whichever vehicle in the luxury transportation fleet is assigned, you keep one quote and one contact at dispatch from booking to drop-off. If a request such as a wheelchair lift on a given day cannot be met, you hear about it at the quote stage.

Questions about choosing a vehicle
How do I know which vehicle class I need?
Count passengers first, then bags; each class lists both. When your group sits at the top of a class, book the next size up, because squeezing people and suitcases in is never worth it.
Are the capacities and models exact?
The figures are typical for each class rather than exact for every vehicle. Your booking confirmation names the vehicle assigned, with its seat count and luggage room, so check it against your headcount and bags.
What if my group falls between two sizes?
Ask for both in the quote notes. Dispatch can price the larger vehicle and, where it works, two smaller ones on the same timeline, so you can compare comfort, luggage room and curb access before you choose.
Why is luggage limited on some vehicles?
Stretch limousines, Sprinter limos and party buses give their cabin space to lounge seating and the bar, which leaves little room for suitcases. For a trip with bags, pick a class that lists its luggage capacity in the table above.
Which vehicles have a restroom?
The motorcoach has one, and the larger party buses usually do. The minibus, both Sprinter layouts and the limousines do not list one, so for a long drive with a big group the motorcoach is the practical choice.
Which vehicle suits an airport run with luggage?
Match the bags as well as the people: the business sedan takes up to 3 bags, the premium SUV up to 6 and the executive Sprinter up to 14. A bigger group with suitcases fits a motorcoach, where the bags ride in the under-floor bays.
