Airport transfers to JFK, LaGuardia and Newark
Trans Dispatch sends chauffeured cars from New York City to and from JFK, LaGuardia and Newark, with pickups across the five boroughs, Long Island and Westchester and throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Choose a business sedan for up to 3, a premium SUV for up to 6 or an executive Sprinter for up to 14, with a minibus or coach for bigger groups.
Every ride is flight-tracked, met curbside or inside arrivals, and priced at a flat rate by vehicle class that is written down before you land.

Airport transfer vehicles, by passengers and bags
Count bags as carefully as people. The capacities below are typical for each class, the vehicle itself is named on your quote, and when it is close, dispatch asks about the luggage before choosing.
Business sedan for up to 3 passengers
Up to 3 passengers and 3 bags: a couple with carry-ons, or an executive with a suitcase heading to a morning flight. Expect class-typical comforts such as leather seating and tinted rear windows. Sedans and SUVs are both on our black car service page.

Premium SUV for up to 6 passengers
Up to 6 passengers and 6 bags, which makes it the vehicle for a family with a stroller or a golfer with clubs. Three rows of leather seating; for car seats, put the children’s ages in the notes and the quote confirms what can be supplied.
Executive Sprinter for up to 14 passengers
A team of twelve landing at JFK does not want three SUVs arriving at three different times. An executive Sprinter takes up to 14 with a bag each, on forward-facing leather seats with a rear luggage area. Details are on our Sprinter van rental page.

Airport limo service for arrivals that matter
A stretch limousine or a Sprinter limo at JFK or Newark is a meet-and-greet job: the chauffeur is inside with a name board, the vehicle is in the designated lane, and the flight is tracked like any other. See limousine service for the vehicles.
Minibus and coach for airport groups
A minibus takes 24 to 35 and a coach takes a tour group with its luggage in the bays. For a wedding party, a sports team or a visiting delegation, one vehicle and one confirmation is simpler for everyone, including the person holding the passports.

How an airport pickup works with Trans Dispatch
- You book with the flight number. Airline, flight number, terminal if you know it, and how many bags. The quote comes back as a flat rate for the vehicle class.
- Dispatch tracks the flight. The chauffeur is sent against the live arrival. An early landing moves the car up, a delay moves it back, and nobody waits in the wrong lane.
- Curbside or inside. Curbside: the chauffeur texts when the car is in the terminal’s pickup lane and helps with the bags. Meet-and-greet: the chauffeur is inside at arrivals with a name board and walks you to the car.
- Departures are timed from the terminal. Pickup time is set from the terminal, the hour and the traffic that day, not a generic two-hour buffer. Want a bigger margin? Say so and it is built in.
What the airport car service includes
- Flat rate by vehicle class. Your airport transfer quote states it for JFK, LaGuardia or Newark and your exact pickup address, whether that is Manhattan, Brooklyn or farther out.
- Flight tracking. On every airport booking, arrivals and departures.
- Included wait time. Stated on your quote; any extra waiting is agreed with dispatch before it runs.
- Curbside or meet-and-greet. Your choice at booking; hosts often pick the inside meeting for visiting clients.
- Tolls, airport fees and gratuity. Itemized where they apply, and stated on the quote rather than folded into a number you cannot check.
- Car seats. Requested at booking with the ages in the notes; the quote confirms what can be supplied.
- A dispatcher you can reach. The desk that confirmed the ride is the one you contact when the airline changes the gate.

Airport transfer routes we cover
Each airport has its own pickup rules and lanes, so each has its own guide: car service to JFK, LaGuardia car service and Newark airport car service.
Common pairings:
- Manhattan to any of the three airports
- Brooklyn to JFK
- Westchester and Connecticut to LaGuardia and JFK
- New Jersey to Newark
- Cross-airport transfers when a connection moves
Teterboro, Westchester County (HPN) and Long Island MacArthur (ISP) are arranged on request; at Teterboro the chauffeur meets the aircraft at the FBO the operator names. Pickups across the five boroughs are covered on the New York City car service page.

Airport car service questions
Which airports do you serve?
JFK, LaGuardia and Newark, plus Teterboro, Westchester County and Islip on request. Each of the three main airports has its own page with pickup instructions.
Do you track the flight?
Yes, on every airport booking. Dispatch follows the flight number you give, so the car is sent for the time the plane actually lands, early or late, and a departure pickup is timed to your terminal.
Curbside or meet-and-greet?
Curbside is the standard pickup: collect your bags, read the chauffeur’s text and walk out to the car. Meet-and-greet brings the chauffeur inside to the arrivals hall with a name board; request it in the booking notes.
How is an airport car service priced?
As a flat rate for your vehicle class, route and date, not a meter. The quote shows that price before you confirm, with tolls, airport fees and gratuity as separate lines where they apply.
Which airport should I fly into for Manhattan?
LaGuardia is usually the shortest drive to Midtown, at 25 to 60 minutes. Newark takes 35 to 75 minutes and JFK 45 to 90, depending on the hour. From the West Side, Newark is often quicker than it looks.
Can you handle a group landing together?
Yes: a Sprinter for up to 14 with luggage, a minibus for larger groups, or several vehicles on one booking. Tell dispatch the headcount and the bags.
What if my flight is canceled or I miss it?
Tell dispatch as soon as you know and send the new flight number. Where a vehicle is available, the pickup moves to the rebooked flight; otherwise the cancellation terms on your quote apply.
