Reviews
We collect reviews on Google, not here.
A new company earns its rating one ride at a time. If you have travelled with us, a few honest lines on our Google profile help the next customer decide.
What the reviews will be about
The things that matter on a booking are specific: whether the chauffeur was at the right door at the right time, whether the airport pickup worked when the flight was late, whether the coach was the size that was promised, whether dispatch answered when the plan changed, whether the quote was the price.
Those are the things to write about, and the things we will read. The about page says what we are, and the reviews say whether we did it.
If your trip is coming up
Read the black car service and airport car service pages for how a booking works, or go straight to the quote form. Once the trip is done, you are welcome to leave a review on Google.
-
Tell us the trip
Pickup, drop-off, date, time and headcount. Under a minute on the form — or a phone call if you would rather talk it through.
-
Get a firm price
A dispatcher checks availability and replies with the vehicle class and the quote. Nothing is charged on this website.

Ride
Confirm, and the chauffeur’s details reach you before pickup. Airport rides are matched to the flight, not the clock.

What we ask of reviewers
Be specific and be fair. Name the chauffeur or driver if they did well; it reaches them. Say which airport, which venue, which vehicle, because the next reader is trying to picture their own trip.
Leave out other passengers’ names, home addresses and flight details. A review is public, and the useful part is how the trip went.
If something went wrong, tell dispatch through the contact page first, then say what happened and whether we fixed it. We will read every review and answer the ones that need a reply, and we will never ask anyone to remove one.
How feedback changes the desk
Reviews and direct feedback go to the same place as the trip records. A comment about a confusing pickup spot at a terminal becomes a line on the briefing sheet; a note about a driver who was early and quiet becomes a reason to assign that driver again.
Trans Dispatch reviews are, in the end, the only real measure of whether the dispatch idea works, which is why they live where we cannot touch them.
Questions about reviews
Why are there no testimonials on this page?
Because a testimonial a company chooses to publish tells you what the company wants you to read. Google reviews are written by customers, on a platform we cannot edit, and that is where we ask people to leave them.
What if something went wrong on my trip?
Tell dispatch first, through the contact page, and give us the chance to put it right. Then write whatever review is fair.
