What we look for in affiliate operator partners
- Licensing. A TLC base license or the local equivalent for chauffeured cars; USDOT/MC authority for buses and coaches; drivers with the right endorsements for the vehicle.
- Insurance. Certificates at the limits the class requires, current, with our dispatch named where the agreement asks for it.
- Vehicles. Clean inside and out, matching the class you say you run, with photos we can check against the vehicle that turns up.
- Chauffeurs and drivers. Presentable, on time, briefed, and on the phone to our dispatcher when something changes.
- A dispatch contact. Someone who answers at 5 a.m. when a flight lands early, and who can move a vehicle without a committee.

How the work flows to affiliate partners
- Our dispatcher quotes the customer for the trip and confirms the booking in writing.
- The trip is offered to an affiliate whose vehicle class, base and availability fit, with a briefing sheet: addresses, times, flight or venue details, passenger and luggage counts, the on-site contact, and any special requests.
- The affiliate confirms the vehicle and the chauffeur or driver; our dispatcher passes the chauffeur’s details to the customer.
- On the day, the affiliate’s chauffeur works to the sheet and our dispatcher watches the trip. Changes go through our desk.
- After the trip, the affiliate is paid as the operator agreement sets out.
What affiliates get
Work that is briefed properly: no vague pickups, no surprise passengers, no discovering the venue rules at the curb. A dispatcher who is reachable. Written confirmations before every trip.
Fair terms stated in the agreement rather than negotiated after the fact. And a customer relationship that stays with us, so the affiliate is not fielding calls at midnight from someone else’s client.

Where we need partners
The region first: operators on Long Island and in Westchester, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Massachusetts who can cover suburban pickups without long positioning runs. Our service area shows where regular work runs.
Beyond the Northeast, we look for partners in large cities New York travelers visit, such as Washington, Chicago, Miami and Los Angeles. If you run a good operation somewhere else, say so; the network grows where the demand shows up.

Affiliate partner questions
What kind of operators do you work with?
Licensed and insured operators of chauffeured sedans and SUVs, Sprinters, stretch limousines, party buses, minibuses and motorcoaches, in the Northeast and in the other cities listed on this page.
What do you need from an affiliate?
Your operating authority, current insurance certificates, vehicle details with photos and a dispatch contact who answers. The requirements list above has the detail; terms are set in the operator agreement.
How does a trip get assigned?
Our dispatcher quotes the customer, then places the trip with an affiliate who fits the vehicle class, the area and the date, with a full briefing sheet. The customer deals with our desk throughout; the affiliate deals with our dispatcher.
How and when are affiliates paid?
On the payment terms set in the operator agreement. Trips are confirmed in writing before they run, so there is no ambiguity about what was booked.
How do I apply?
Email the booking desk with Affiliate application in the subject, or use the quote form with the service set to Other. A dispatcher replies to arrange a call.
