Wedding limo service and guest shuttles across NYC and the Northeast
Wedding transportation is a timeline problem before it is a vehicle problem. Trans Dispatch puts the guest shuttles, the couple’s car, the family’s rides and the send-off on one schedule, so everyone from the wedding party to the last guest is covered.
Our own dispatch covers ceremonies and receptions in Manhattan and the other boroughs, on Long Island and in Westchester, and at venues in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Weddings farther afield are run nationwide through partner operators.
Vehicles run from a stretch limousine for 8 to 10 and a Sprinter limo for 10 to 14 to a minibus for 24 to 35 guests and a motorcoach for up to 56. Depending on the vehicle, you get leather lounge seating, a bar with glassware and ice, mood lighting, luggage bays or a restroom.
The main wedding vehicles are shown below. Pictured something different? Send the date, the venues and the guest count anyway: dispatch draws on a wider pool and will name the vehicles that suit your day, your guests and your budget.

Wedding transportation options, from limos to coaches
Four vehicles cover most wedding days, from the couple’s car to the guest shuttle. Capacities are typical for each vehicle type, and the quote names the one you get.
For a wedding party of up to 14 traveling with bags, ask about the executive Sprinter, and for the after-party, a party bus seats 10 to 40.
Wedding limo: stretch limousine for 8 to 10
The classic wedding car for the couple, with space for the maid of honor and best man, from a Tribeca hotel to a Brooklyn ceremony or within one borough. Inside are leather lounge seats, a bar and a privacy divider. The stretch and the Sprinter limo are both on our limousine service page.

Sprinter limo for the wedding party, 10 to 14
For a wedding party that wants to ride together from the getting-ready suite to the ceremony and on to photos. Perimeter leather seating, LED mood lighting and Bluetooth sound keep everyone together, and there is room to stand up without creasing the dress.
Wedding shuttle bus: minibus for 24 to 35 guests
Shuttle bus rental for a wedding usually means a loop from the hotel block to the venue, or from church to reception. Guests ride in forward-facing seats with storage underneath and climate control. See minibus and shuttle rental and our wedding shuttle planning guide.

Motorcoach for a full guest list, up to 56
For the big move of a full guest list, such as a Manhattan hotel block heading out to a North Fork vineyard. Guests get reclining seats, a restroom and under-floor bays for overnight bags, with Wi-Fi and screens depending on the coach. More on charter bus rental.

Wedding transportation questions
How much does wedding transportation cost?
It depends on how many vehicles, for how many hours, and on the date. A wedding shuttle on a Saturday in October and a Tuesday elopement are different numbers. Send the venues, the guest hotel and the ceremony time, and the quote comes back itemized by vehicle.
How many shuttle buses do we need for our guests?
Start with the hotel-block guests who must be seated in the same half hour, then check the drive between hotel and venue. A short loop lets one minibus make several runs an hour; our wedding shuttle planning guide shows the math, and dispatch sizes it with you.
Can the shuttle run all night for the send-off?
It runs for the hours you book. The shuttle block usually runs from the ceremony through the last dance, with a final departure time on the sheet. If you want it to run later, ask dispatch before the day so the extra hours can be quoted.
Do you provide a wedding limo?
Yes: a stretch limousine, a Sprinter limo or a premium SUV for the couple, plus sedans or SUVs for the parents. The couple’s car goes on the same timeline as the guest shuttles, so the arrival and the send-off line up.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as the venue and the hotel block are fixed. Saturdays from May to October fill first, so reserve the vehicles against the date and finish the timeline closer to the day.
What if the ceremony runs late?
The shuttle waits and the loop shifts. Everything is on a block of hours, so a short overrun usually fits inside it, and dispatch stays in touch through the day.
Can a guest who uses a wheelchair ride the shuttle?
Tell dispatch when you request the quote. A minibus with a wheelchair lift or a separate accessible vehicle is requested for your date, and the quote states what can be supplied before you confirm.
